8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

1 cup (240g) creamy peanut butter

½ cup (60g) powdered sugar

½ cup (60g) crushed graham crackers

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup (170g) dark chocolate chips

1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for melting chocolate)

Pinch of sea salt

Extra graham cracker crumbs or chopped peanuts for rolling (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture:

    In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, crushed graham crackers, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until entirely combined and creamy.

      Form the Balls:

        Using a tablespoon or a small cookie scoop, portion out the mixture and roll it into small balls (around 1 inch in diameter). Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until all the mixture is used. You should have about 20-25 balls.

          Freeze the Balls:
