Ingredients

1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 4-5 bars)

1 cup creamy peanut butter

2 cups powdered sugar

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smooth melting)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger candy bars, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

Mix the ingredients together using your hands or a spatula until a dough forms. It should be slightly sticky but manageable.

Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. You should be able to make about 20-24 balls.

Once all the balls are rolled, place the baking sheet in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes to firm up.

Meanwhile, in a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with the coconut oil (if using) in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval until fully melted and smooth.

Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to roll them around and ensure they are fully coated. Let excess chocolate drip off before returning them to the parchment-lined sheet.

Once all the balls are coated, you can optionally sprinkle some crushed Butterfinger on top for garnish before the chocolate hardens.

Place the balls back in the fridge for about 15 minutes until the chocolate is set.

Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy your homemade Butterfinger Bliss Balls!
