Ingredients
  

1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced

1 medium red bell pepper, diced

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (adjust based on heat preference)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 2 limes

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin for added flavor

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, avocado, red bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeño.

    Add the chopped cilantro to the bowl.

      Squeeze the fresh lime juice over the mixture, ensuring everything is evenly coated.

        Gently stir all the ingredients together, being careful not to mash the avocado too much.

          Season with salt, pepper, and cumin (if using) to taste.

            Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the salsa sit for about 15-30 minutes at room temperature, allowing the flavors to meld.

              Serve with tortilla chips, on tacos, or as a topping for grilled chicken or fish.
