Split each mini bagel in half and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cooked turkey, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and dried thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Spread a generous spoonful of the turkey and cranberry mixture onto the cut side of each bagel half.
Sprinkle a handful of shredded sharp cheddar cheese over the turkey and cranberry mixture on each bagel half.
Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bagels are slightly golden.
Remove the bagel bites from the oven and let them cool for a minute. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top.
Serve the Turkey Cranberry Cheddar Bagel Bites warm as an appetizer, lunch, or an easy snack.
