Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberry Slaw:

    - In a large bowl, combine the shredded red cabbage, sliced strawberries, and grated carrots.

      - In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, honey/agave syrup, salt, and pepper.

        - Pour the dressing over the cabbage mix and toss until well coated. Set aside to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

            - In a separate bowl, mix the diced tuna with soy sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice. Let it marinate for about 10-15 minutes in the refrigerator.

              Warm the Tortillas:

                - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until they are soft and pliable.

                    - Place a few slices of avocado on each warm tortilla.

                      - Spoon the marinated tuna on top of the avocado.

                        - Generously add the strawberry slaw over the tuna.

                          - Sprinkle with fresh cilantro, and squeeze lime juice on top for an extra zing.
