200g button mushrooms, sliced

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup vegetable broth

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
