1 large ripe peach, peeled and diced

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1-2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced (adjust based on heat preference)

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

1 tablespoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
