2 pounds red potatoes, washed and cut into quarters

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This high temperature will help the potatoes develop a crisp outer layer while remaining fluffy on the inside.

    Prepare the Potatoes: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cut red potatoes with olive oil. Toss them well to ensure all pieces are evenly coated.

      Seasoning Time: Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper over the potatoes. Toss again until all the potatoes are coated evenly with the seasoning.
