Thankful Turkey Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 2.0 cups cooked turkey
  • 4.0 large flour tortillas
  • 1.0 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1.0 cup stuffing
  • 1.0 cup baby spinach
  • 1.0 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.0 to taste salt
  • 0.0 to taste pepper
  • 0.0 to taste olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Lay the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Heat them in a microwave or on a skillet if desired.
  • Divide the mayonnaise evenly among the tortillas and spread it thinly over each one.
  • Place a handful of baby spinach or mixed greens in the center of each tortilla.
  • Add an equal amount of cooked turkey on top of the greens, spreading it out evenly.
  • Spoon a layer of stuffing over the turkey.
  • Drizzle about 0.5 tablespoons of cranberry sauce directly on top of the stuffing.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the cranberry sauce.
  • Lightly season the fillings with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, and toast the wraps seam-side down for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Remove from the skillet, let cool for a minute, slice in half, and serve.
