Instructions
Lay the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Heat them in a microwave or on a skillet if desired.
Divide the mayonnaise evenly among the tortillas and spread it thinly over each one.
Place a handful of baby spinach or mixed greens in the center of each tortilla.
Add an equal amount of cooked turkey on top of the greens, spreading it out evenly.
Spoon a layer of stuffing over the turkey.
Drizzle about 0.5 tablespoons of cranberry sauce directly on top of the stuffing.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the cranberry sauce.
Lightly season the fillings with salt and pepper to taste.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, and toast the wraps seam-side down for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Remove from the skillet, let cool for a minute, slice in half, and serve.
