1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (or parsley)

1 large egg

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup Sriracha sauce (adjust to heat preference)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Sesame seeds and additional cilantro for garnish (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Meatball Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef (or turkey), breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, cilantro, egg, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Mix until just combined; be careful not to overmix.
