4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)

1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 green onions, sliced for garnish

1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with cooking spray or a bit of oil.
