Strawberry Balsamic Chicken Wraps

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

2 cups fresh spinach or mixed greens

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked through. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the skillet and let it rest.

    Create the Balsamic Reduction: In the same skillet, add the balsamic vinegar and honey. Stir and simmer for about 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly. Remove from heat and let it cool.

      Slice the Chicken: Once the chicken has rested, slice it into thin strips.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat on a plate. Start with a handful of fresh spinach or mixed greens in the center, followed by a generous portion of sliced chicken, fresh strawberries, and crumbled feta cheese.

          Drizzle with Balsamic Reduction: Spoon a bit of the balsamic reduction over the top of the layered ingredients.

            Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose all the ingredients. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

              Serve: Cut the wraps in half at a diagonal. Drizzle any leftover balsamic reduction over the cut sides for presentation, and garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
