Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

Zest and juice of 1 lime

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Marinate the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, honey, Sriracha, lime zest, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well-coated. Allow the mixture to marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator for more flavor).

Heat the Skillet: In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp to the skillet, reserving any excess marinade in the bowl.

Cook the Shrimp: Sauté the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are pink and opaque. If desired, add the reserved marinade to the skillet for the last minute of cooking, allowing it to thicken slightly.

Serve: Remove the skillet from heat. Transfer the shrimp to a serving platter or individual plates. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.

Enjoy: Dive into the spicy, sweet, and zesty goodness!
