Ingredients

2 pounds chicken wings

1 cup ripe mango, diced

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust for spice level)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)

Salt to taste

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Marinade:

In a blender, combine the diced mango, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sriracha, minced garlic, grated ginger, smoked paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth and well combined.

      Marinate the Wings:

Place the chicken wings in a large bowl or resealable plastic bag. Pour the mango marinade over the wings, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (ideally overnight for maximum flavor).

          Preheat the Grill:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a charcoal grill, prepare the coals for direct heat.

              Prepare for Grilling:

Remove the wings from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off. Reserve the remaining marinade for basting while grilling.

                  Grill the Wings:

Place the wings on the preheated grill. Cook for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking. Brush the wings with the reserved marinade every 10 minutes to enhance the flavor and achieve a nice glaze.

                      Check for Doneness:

The wings are done when they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and are golden brown. If you prefer extra crispiness, move the wings to a hotter part of the grill for the last few minutes.

                          Serve:

Remove the wings from the grill and transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of freshness.

                              Enjoy:

Dig in and savor the delicious combination of spicy and sweet flavors!
