2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced thin)

200g rice noodles

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 red bell pepper (sliced)

1 yellow bell pepper (sliced)

1 cup snap peas

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 inch ginger (grated)

¼ cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust for spice level)

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 green onion (sliced, for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the Noodles: Start by cooking the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.

    Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sriracha, and a pinch of black pepper. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.

      Heat the Pan: In a large wok or skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

        Cook the Chicken: Once the oil is shimmering, add the marinated chicken in a single layer. Let it sear for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
