2 cups whole milk

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup mini marshmallows

4 squares of graham crackers, crushed

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Optional: Additional marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs for garnish
