1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan, or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    Melt Butter: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar until combined. Let cool slightly.

      Mix Wet Ingredients: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

        Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

          Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter-sugar mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips.

            Bake Brownies: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean (a few moist crumbs are okay).
