3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prep the Pork Chops: Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Sear the Chops (optional): In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from heat and set aside.

Make the Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well combined and smooth.

Slow Cook: Place the pork chops in the slow cooker and pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the top, ensuring they are well coated.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until the pork chops are tender and fully cooked.

Serve: Once cooked, carefully remove the pork chops and serve with the garlic Parmesan sauce drizzled over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley for added flavor and color.
