2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium)

1/4 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons water

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of the slow cooker.

    Make the Sauce: In a medium bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until well combined.
