1 tbsp chili powder

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 lime, juiced

1 cup tortilla chips (for serving)

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Avocado slices (for serving)

Shredded cheese (Cheddar or Mexican blend for garnish)
