Ingredients

1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 teaspoons cornstarch

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 cup bell peppers (sliced, mixed colors)

1 cup broccoli florets

1 carrot (sliced into thin rounds)

1 cup snap peas

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Optional: sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Toss well to coat and let marinate for about 15 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and just cooked through. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, carrot rounds, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables become tender-crisp.

Return the shrimp to the skillet, mixing everything together. Stir-fry for an additional minute to reheat the shrimp and combine flavors. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles, and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
