Ingredients

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter

2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder (plus extra for dusting)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts (optional)

Parchment paper for lining the pan

Instructions

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.

Melt Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.

Add Flavors: Once the mixture is smooth, remove it from the heat. Stir in the matcha green tea powder, vanilla extract, and salt until fully incorporated. If you prefer a stronger matcha flavor, you can add an additional teaspoon of matcha at this stage.

Incorporate Nuts: If using, gently fold in the chopped macadamia nuts for added texture.

Pour into Pan: Pour the matcha white chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.

Set the Fudge: Allow the fudge to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Cut and Dust: Once set, use the parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the baking dish. Cut it into small squares and dust them lightly with additional matcha powder for a decorative touch.

Serve and Enjoy: Place the fudge on a serving platter or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
