12 slider buns

1 lb deli ham, thinly sliced

8 oz Swiss cheese, sliced

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp poppy seeds (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Sliders: Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.

      Add Ham and Cheese: Layer the thinly sliced ham evenly over the bottom halves of the buns. Top with slices of Swiss cheese, ensuring even coverage.

        Add the Top Buns: Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.

          Make the Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds (if using) until combined.

            Brush the Sliders: Generously brush the butter mixture over the top of the slider buns.

              Cover and Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

                Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, then sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Slice and serve warm.
