Ingredients

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

½ teaspoon sea salt (plus extra for garnish)

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 cup mini marshmallows

Silicone mold (for spherical shapes)

Instructions

Melt the Chocolate:

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.

      Coat the Mold:

Use a spoon or a pastry brush to coat the inside of each cavity of the silicone mold with the melted chocolate mixture. Make sure to create a thick layer to avoid breakage. Place the mold in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes until the chocolate firms up.

          Make the Caramel Filling:

While the chocolate is setting, mix the heavy cream, caramel sauce, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and sea salt in a medium bowl. Stir until well combined and smooth.

              Assemble the Bombs:

Remove the chocolate shells from the freezer. Carefully pop them out of the mold. Take half of the chocolate spheres and fill them with about 1 tablespoon of the caramel mixture and a handful of mini marshmallows.

                  Seal the Bombs:

Warm a plate in the microwave or on the stove. Take another half of the chocolate spheres and gently press the edges on the warm plate to melt the edges slightly. Immediately place these over the filled chocolate spheres and press them together to seal.

                      Decorate:

To make them extra special, drizzle with additional caramel sauce and sprinkle some sea salt on top. Let them cool completely to set.

                          Enjoy the Magic:

To serve, place a hot chocolate bomb in a mug and pour hot milk over it. Stir until it melts beautifully and enjoy your cozy drink, complete with a shower of marshmallows!
