1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed

4 cloves garlic, minced

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Zest of 1 lemon

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Fresh parsley for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Prepare the Green Beans: Rinse the green beans under cold water and trim the ends. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
