1 pound ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 ripe avocado, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered

½ cup red onion, finely chopped

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

1 jalapeño, seeds removed and finely chopped (optional)

Sour cream (for serving)

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.

    Season the Beef: Drain excess fat if necessary. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spices are well incorporated, then remove from heat.
