Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for spice preference)

Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Cauliflower: In a bowl, mix the flour with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. In a separate bowl, pour the milk.

Coat the Cauliflower: Dip each cauliflower floret first into the flour mixture, then into the milk, and finally coat it with panko breadcrumbs. Arrange the coated florets on the baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake the Cauliflower: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden and crispy, turning halfway through for even cooking.

Make the Bang Bang Sauce: While the cauliflower bakes, prepare your sauce. In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth and well-combined.

Coat the Cauliflower: Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Then, gently toss the hot cauliflower in the Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated.

Serve and Garnish: Transfer the glazed cauliflower to a serving platter. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for an added crunch and flavor.

Enjoy: Serve immediately as a delicious appetizer, side dish, or even as a main course with rice or a salad!
