Ingredients

1 large can (15 oz) of pure pumpkin puree

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 package (12 oz) whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)

1 pre-made graham cracker crust (or homemade)

1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped (optional)

Caramel sauce or chocolate sauce for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Gradually add the granulated sugar, mixing until fully combined and fluffy.

Incorporate the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon into the cream cheese mixture, stirring until well blended and no lumps remain.

Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and airy.

Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

If desired, sprinkle chopped pecans or walnuts over the top for added texture and flavor.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the filling to set.

Before serving, drizzle with caramel or chocolate sauce if desired for an extra touch of sweetness.

Slice and enjoy this delightful twist on a classic pumpkin pie!
