1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 tsp salt

Optional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)

Instructions
 

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, mini chocolate chips, and salt. If you’re adding nuts, mix them in as well.

    Blend Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, stir together the almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
