1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Oil, for frying

For the Caesar Dressing:

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 garlic clove, minced

2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

For Assembly:

12 mini slider buns

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

Extra grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Freshly cracked black pepper

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, add chicken breasts and cover with buttermilk. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or overnight for more flavor).

    Prepare the Breading: In a shallow dish, mix together flour, panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

      Bread the Chicken: Remove chicken from buttermilk, letting excess drain. Dredge each piece in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to adhere. Set aside on a baking sheet.
