Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

4 small flatbreads or tortillas

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and ranch dressing until the chicken is well-coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Warm the Flatbreads: Lightly brush both sides of each flatbread with olive oil. Heat a skillet over medium heat and warm the flatbreads for about 1 minute on each side until they're soft and pliable.

Assemble the Wraps: Place a generous scoop of the chicken mixture in the center of each flatbread. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped lettuce, cherry tomato halves, and green onion slices.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the flatbread over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Cut the wraps in half diagonally to make them easier to handle.

Serve: Arrange the wraps on a serving platter and enjoy fresh! You can serve them with additional ranch dressing on the side for dipping if desired.
