4 whole-wheat pita pockets

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded

1/2 cup basil pesto

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for drizzling

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Base: Arrange the whole-wheat pita pockets on the prepared baking sheet. If desired, you can cut each pita in half to create mini pizzas.

      Mix the Chicken and Pesto: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, basil pesto, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated with the pesto.

        Assemble the Pizzas: Spread a tablespoon of the pesto-chicken mixture evenly over each pita. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
