2 cups frozen hash browns, thawed

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

12 slider-sized brioche buns

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup cooked bacon bits (optional)

1/4 cup ranch dressing (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Hash Brown Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and bacon bits (if using). Mix until well combined.

      Form the Sliders: Using your hands, take about 1/4 cup of the mixture and form it into small patties, about 1 inch thick. Place the patties on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.

        Bake the Sliders: Bake the patties in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
