Ingredients

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 cup frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained

1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (plus extra for topping)

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Stir in the thawed broccoli florets and grated cheddar cheese until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter, mixing until the crackers are coated.

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour the chicken mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.

Top the chicken mixture with the buttered cracker crumbs, ensuring an even layer across the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving for an added touch.
