Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

8 oz marshmallow fluff

1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks

Optional: Chocolate shavings or sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even crust. Refrigerate while making the filling.

Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated and creamy.

Fold in Marshmallow Fluff: Gently fold in the marshmallow fluff into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined. Be careful not to deflate the mixture.

Incorporate Whipped Cream: Slowly fold in the whipped heavy cream to the cream cheese mixture, ensuring that you maintain the light and fluffy texture. This will give the cheesecake a delightful airy quality.

Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the filling onto the prepared crust in the springform pan. Spread it out evenly with a spatula.

Chill: Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set. For best results, refrigerate overnight.

Serve: Once set, carefully remove the sides of the springform pan. Optionally garnish the top with chocolate shavings or sprinkles before slicing.
