Ingredients

12 oz rotini pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 cup sweet corn (frozen or fresh)

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (plus extra for topping)

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

½ cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat, if necessary.

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini, browned beef, sweet corn, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, cream cheese, sour cream, and milk. Mix until everything is well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Spoon the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish or equivalent. Spread it evenly.

Add Cheese Topping: Sprinkle the top with the shredded cheddar cheese generously.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions. Serve warm and enjoy this savory delight!
