Ingredients

8 ounces fettuccine pasta

1 pound ground beef

6 strips of bacon, chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

1/4 cup sliced green onions (for garnish)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.

Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped bacon. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the bacon from the skillet and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Leave the bacon grease in the pan.

Brown the Beef: In the same skillet, add the ground beef. Cook over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: Reduce the heat to low, and then add the heavy cream to the skillet with the browned beef. Stir continuously while it heats for about 2 minutes. Gradually add the cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of the reserved pasta water until you reach your desired consistency.

Combine: Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, along with the cooked bacon and diced tomatoes (if using). Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce. Stir in more pasta water if needed.

Serve: Transfer the Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta to serving plates. Garnish with sliced green onions and extra cheese if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
