Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

4 slices of bacon, chopped

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup beef broth

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp smoked paprika

1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)

¼ cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Optional: sliced pickles for topping

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about ½ cup of pasta water.

Prepare the Bacon: In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and let drain on paper towels, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.

Sauté the Beef: In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain the excess grease if necessary.

Add Vegetables: Stir in the chopped onion and minced garlic into the skillet with the beef. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: Lower the heat, then add the heavy cream, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.

Add Cheeses: Gradually stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese, mixing until the cheeses melt and the sauce is creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.

Season: Sprinkle in the salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, stirring to combine.

Combine Pasta: Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing well to coat the pasta in the rich sauce. Fold in the diced tomatoes and crispy bacon, reserving a little bacon for garnishing later.

Serve: Plate the Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta, garnish with the remaining bacon, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and add optional sliced pickles on top if desired.

Enjoy: Serve immediately, savoring the deliciously cheesy and savory flavors!
