Ingredients

8 ounces fettuccine pasta

1 pound ground beef

6 strips of bacon, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)

1/2 cup diced pickles (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.

Brown the Beef: In the same skillet with the bacon grease, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Drain any excess fat if necessary.

Sauté Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the beef and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.

Combine Everything: Add the cooked fettuccine to the cheese sauce, mixing well to combine. Fold in the crispy bacon, cherry tomatoes, and diced pickles if using. Stir until everything is heated through.

Serve: Plate the Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. You can sprinkle additional cheese or bacon on top if desired.
