Ingredients

4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey (plus extra for drizzling)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Peaches: Start by preheating your grill to medium heat. While the grill is heating, prepare the peaches. Slice them in half and remove the pit. Brush each peach half lightly with olive oil, which will help them grill nicely without sticking.

Mix the Yogurt Topping: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of sea salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Grill the Peaches: Place the peach halves cut side down on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks form and the peaches are slightly softened. Flip them over and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Serve: Arrange the grilled peach halves on a serving platter. Spoon generous amounts of the honey yogurt mixture over each peach half. Drizzle with more honey for added sweetness.

Garnish: Finish with fresh mint leaves on top for an added burst of flavor and a pop of color.

Enjoy: Serve warm as a delightful dessert or a light snack.
