4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

5 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, and romaine)

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 cup toasted walnuts or pecans

1/4 cup balsamic glaze

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high. If using a grill pan, preheat it over medium heat.

    Prepare the Peaches: Lightly brush the cut side of the peach halves with olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
