2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

8 oz burrata cheese

4 cups arugula or mixed greens

1/4 cup balsamic glaze

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup toasted walnuts or pecans

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Grill: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.

    Grill the Peaches: Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits. Brush the cut sides with a little olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt. Place the peaches cut side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the peaches are slightly softened. Remove from the grill and set aside to cool slightly.

      Prepare the Salad Base: In a large salad bowl, combine the arugula or mixed greens. Drizzle with olive oil and add the black pepper. Toss gently to coat the greens evenly.
