Grilled Chicken Caesar Wraps

2 large chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large whole wheat tortillas

2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup Caesar dressing

½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)

Croutons, for added crunch (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight in the fridge for more flavor).

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

      Slice the Chicken: After resting, slice the grilled chicken into thin strips.

        Prepare the Wraps: In a large bowl, combine chopped Romaine lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and cherry tomatoes (if using). Toss to combine evenly.

          Assemble the Wraps: Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of each tortilla, ensuring not to overfill. If desired, add a handful of croutons for extra crunch.

            Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll from the bottom to the top to form a tight wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
