1 teaspoon onion powder

4 large whole wheat or flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing (optional)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken breasts, 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for maximum flavor).

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken has nice grill marks.

      Slice the Chicken: Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes. After resting, slice the chicken into thin strips.
