1 can (8 ounces) crescent roll dough

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies, drained

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined and creamy.

      Roll Out the Dough: Open the can of crescent roll dough and unroll it onto a clean surface. Pinch the seams together to create a solid rectangle.

        Cut into Triangles: Using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter, cut the rectangle into triangles (about 8-10).

          Fill the Rolls: Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Roll the dough towards the point, folding in the sides slightly to keep the filling secure.

            Place on Baking Sheet: Arrange the rolled crescent rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they have space between them for baking.
