2 large sweet potatoes

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons sesame seeds (white and black for color)

1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Sweet Potatoes: Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife, slice them thinly, about 1/8 inch thick. This will ensure they become perfectly crispy.

      Season the Slices: In a large mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, sea salt, smoked paprika, and garlic powder until all slices are evenly coated.
