2 cups cooked rotini or egg noodles

2 cups cooked shredded chicken (can use rotisserie chicken)

1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup carrots, diced

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried basil

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook Noodles: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini or egg noodles and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked noodles, broccoli florets, diced carrots, chicken broth, heavy cream, ¾ cup of Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, basil, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are coated.

        Assemble Casserole: Transfer the chicken and noodle mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top.

          Add Mozzarella: Evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese over the casserole for a cheesy topping.

            Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil (to prevent burning) and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
