Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 tbsp garlic, minced

Additional grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Form the Bombs: Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit in your hand to form a small circle. Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit.

Seal the Bombs: Carefully fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal them tightly, ensuring no filling escapes.

Brush with Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and minced garlic. Place the stuffed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture.

Add Cheese Topping: Sprinkle additional grated Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb for extra flavor.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove the bombs from the oven and allow them to cool slightly. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara or ranch dressing.
