1 package of refrigerated pizza or bread dough (16 oz)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Mix Butter and Herbs: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, basil, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a fragrant herb butter.

      Prepare Dough: Roll out the refrigerated dough onto a lightly floured surface. Use a rolling pin to stretch it into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

        Cut Dough: Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the dough into long strips, approximately 1 inch wide.

          Twist Strips: Take one strip of dough and brush it with the garlic herb butter mixture, ensuring even coverage. Starting from one end, gently twist the strip and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining strips.

            Add Cheeses: After all strips are twisted and arranged on the baking sheet, brush the tops with any remaining garlic herb butter. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the twists.

              Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the twists are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
