Ingredients

4 ears of fresh corn, husked and cleaned

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Juice of 1 lime

Optional garnishes: extra parsley, crumbled feta cheese, or chili powder

Instructions

Prepare the Garlic Butter:

    - In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.

      Preheat the Grill:

        - Heat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C) with the lid closed for about 10 minutes.

          Brush Corn with Garlic Butter:

            - Take each ear of corn and generously brush the garlic butter mixture all over the corn, making sure to coat it evenly. Reserve some of the butter for basting during grilling.

              Grill the Corn:

                - Place the buttered corn directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning the corn every few minutes for even cooking. Baste the corn with the reserved garlic butter every time you turn it.

                  Check for Doneness:

                    - The corn is done when it is tender and slightly charred in spots. You can check its doneness by piercing a kernel with a fork; it should be juicy and tender.

                      Serve:

                        - Remove the grilled corn from the grill and transfer it to a serving platter. Optionally, garnish with extra chopped parsley, crumbled feta cheese, or a sprinkle of chili powder for added flavor.

                          Enjoy!

                            - Serve the garlic butter grilled corn hot, and enjoy this delicious summer side dish!
