Frozen Yogurt Toast Crunch Bombs

Ingredients
  

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal (or your favorite cereal)

1/2 cup fresh fruits (such as berries or banana slices)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Cooking spray or silicone mold for easy release

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed and smooth.

    Prepare a silicone mold or a muffin tin by spraying it lightly with cooking spray. If using a silicone mold, you might not need the spray.

      In another bowl, crush the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal into smaller pieces (you want some crunch, so don't turn it into dust!).

        Spoon the yogurt mixture into each section of the mold or muffin tin, filling them about halfway.

          Sprinkle a layer of crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch over the yogurt mixture in each section.

            Add a few pieces of fresh fruit on top of the cereal layer and sprinkle mini chocolate chips if desired.

              Carefully fill the rest of the mold or muffin tin with more yogurt, leaving a little space at the top.

                Finish by adding another layer of crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch on the top of each bomb.

                  Smooth out the tops and ensure all the ingredients are compacted slightly.

                    Place the mold or tin in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until fully frozen.

                      Once frozen, remove the bombs from the mold or tin by gently pushing them out. If they’re stuck, briefly run warm water on the outside of the mold to help release them.
